Made from real alabaster marble, chessboard and chess figures are hand carved piece by piece from start to finish. They are made by one of Italy's best marble cutters who lives in a very remote area of Italy and has dedicated his life to crafting beautiful chess sets. Not very accustomed in dealing with the general public, his creations are difficult to find and of limited production. Made in two sizes( 37cm x 37cm and 27cm x 27cm) and available in many colors, they are great for displaying in home, but also gratifying and easy to use. Matching checker pieces are also available.
