Our
articles: The Italian crafts seen on our web site are produced by
small artisan companies (families) that I have discovered during my
many years traveling Italy to the remote towns of Tuscany and of the
Venetian area where many of the crafts men live. They still work in
the traditional way of making beautiful objects but most haven't yet
don't adapted to marketing, faxes or e-mails therefore person to person
contact for me is very important. Remember most of the articles have
never been seen shops in the USA ever before!
Certificates: Where needed goods will come along with a certificate
with our wholsale brand name of " Riflections of Italy" and
with a free space under "Official Dealer" for you to stamp
your company name on them. Above will be the stating that the object
is hand crafted in Italy by artisan using tradition materials and traditional
methods. The name "Riflections of Italy" will not be related
in any way to the web site Emporium Italy so the your costumers will
return to you only.
Our Catalog is our Web Site for the moment. Here you will find a
nice selection of what we believe to be some of most original best sellers
we have in our shops and that have been proved to sell constantly year
in and year out. Of each category , ceramic, masks, chess sets, their
are also many other version, colors available.

One Shipping cost/ easy import: once you have chosen the articles
I will calculate one global shipping cost for the whole purchase to
the you. This allows you a very good savings. We normally use Postal
Surface mail as to the USA it has proved to be the most convenient way
to ship the goods. Another good note about the postal system is that
usually customs fees are very rare or non-existent. Keep in mind that
surface mail will take 20 -25 days to get to you so you need to plan
ahead. The goods will be delivered direct to you with no further charges.
Breakage/ insurance: the way we pack goods and the special boxes
I use are the best insurance for a safe arrival of the goods to you.
So far we have been very successful in this but in in the eventuality
of any item arriving damaged during shipment I will replace it at no
cost to you shipping included. (a picture of the damage item will be
needed)

Ordering : How to start:
1) Choose that articles that you would like to purchase and put them
down in a e-mail to info@emporium2.com.
If you need to see more selection of a specific category let me know
and I will make a personalized photo shoot of more articles present
in stock.
2) Minimum purchase to start off is 10 - 15 assorted articles of your
choice.
3) I will personally phone you to assist you order and for the communicating
of your credit card details. Please let me know the approximate range
of purchase (number of pieces) you have in mind so if you will be needing
more photos of the goods I can send you accordingly.
4) Once you have choose the articles I will calculate the total shipping
cost and then send you a detailed invoice for you approve before charging
you credit card and shipping to you.
